• All in stock items are shipped within 3-5 business days.
• Preorders take roughly 6-8 weeks to ship FROM closing date.
• Tracking information will be emailed, once items have shipped.
• We are not able to change your shipping address once order is place, if address has changed before your order has shipped email SES with the updated address.

RETURN POLICY:

• ALL sales are final and nonrefundable 
• Personalized items are not refundable/ returnable/ exchangeable under ANY circumstance.
• IF your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at SweetEsSmocks@gmail.com to request a change of address. IF your package is returned or lost due to shipping to the old address, you will be responsible for new shipping fees.
• Please double check your sizing prior to paying for your order, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on sizes. We cannot change sizing once the order is placed. 
• Please CHECK your items upon receiving them, any manufacturing defects must be reported to Sweet Es Smocks within 7 days of receiving.
• You will have 7 days to get your defected item in the mail with provided tracking. SES will issue tracking label for items with DEFECTS only, should you fail to get defected item in the mail within 7 days of emailing SES your item is NO LONGER eligible for exchange.
• If your item is being returned due to manufacturing defect/missing item/ wrong size your item MUST BE returned in original packaging along with the tags intact. UNWASHED AND UNWORN.
• Washed or worn items, items without original packaging/ clear bag ARE NOT eligible for returns or exchanges under ANY circumstance.
